These terms apply to anyone visiting this website, and separately, to anyone working with Lumière London as a companion. By using this site or entering into a working arrangement with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Companions who proceed to work with us are additionally covered by a separate written working agreement, provided at that stage.
This website and our services are intended only for individuals aged 18 or over. By using this site or contacting us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Lumière London is a companion agency and creator management service. We introduce independent, self-employed companions to clients, and separately provide management support for online content work. We do not employ companions, and nothing on this website or in any communication with us constitutes a contract of employment.
Anyone who proceeds to work with Lumière London does so as a self-employed, independent individual. Specific terms — including commission structure, payment arrangements, and confidentiality — are set out separately in a written working agreement provided before any work begins. You are free to end a working arrangement with us at any time, for any reason, with no notice required.
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current. If you believe anything on this site is inaccurate or misleading, please let us know directly and we will address it.
We treat all enquiries and working relationships with strict confidentiality, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
While we take care in vetting and facilitating introductions, Lumière London cannot guarantee the conduct of any individual client or companion, and accepts no liability for events occurring outside of our direct control. Safety guidance and vetting options are discussed directly as part of any working arrangement.
